YIRAN natural gas industrial boiler flue gas denitrification system in order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by NOx, in order to further reduce the NOx emissions, the flue gas after combustion must be denitrified. At present, selective non-catalytic reduction process (SNCR), selective catalytic reduction method (SCR), ozone oxidation method and so on are widely used to control the emission of NOx, in flue gas. It needs matching flue gas desulfurization and denitrification facilities; for coal-fired boilers, the use of improved combustion technology can achieve a certain effect of NOx, divided into pre-combustion flue gas denitrification, post-combustion flue gas denitrification. Its technical measures:
1. Low nitrogen burners are used for flue gas denitrification of industrial boilers.
2. Industrial boiler flue gas denitrification staged combustion to control combustion temperature;
3. Changing the proportioning scheme and adopting mineralizer to reduce the burning temperature of clinker.
